I will admit to feeling a little shy in this section on La Montage, as here I want to write about people whose profession is to write! Right, here goes. I am sure the team at La Montage will forgive my poor style and questionable turns of phrase!

From nature and traveling to exhibitions and film, if you have decided to spend more than a few days in the heavenly Cantal region, you can bet that you and the La Montage newspaper will become inseparable.

From Clermont-Ferrand and Montluçon to Saint-Flour and Chaudes-Aigues!

For La Montagne, reporting on events from the towns of Clermont-Ferrand, Vichy or Montluçon just isn’t enough. The newspaper publishes stories from all over the Auvergne region, including articles on a certain tattoo festival where, for one weekend only, some of the best tattoo artists are reunited. Do you catch my drift? I hope so!

The La Montagne, like me, has always had a soft spot for the village of Chaudes-Aigues, reporting on everything from the Cantal In’k the Skin tattoo convention and the Source du Par natural springs, to current social issues. This explains my love of the daily newspaper, and my longstanding wish to count it among my partners. The newspaper made this wish come true, and I couldn’t be happier.
